    Download openEuler

Pick a version and a mirror to get openEuler installation media. For version choice see Versions and lifecycle: production follows the current LTS line with SPs.

The official repo publishes media per version directory: openEuler-24.03-LTS-SP4/ISO/x86_64/ holds the standard DVD (openEuler-24.03-LTS-SP4-x86_64-dvd.iso), a netinst image and the everything DVD, each ISO accompanied by a same-named .sha256sum file; aarch64 and other architectures live in their own subdirectories.

    Terminal window
    curl -LO https://repo.openeuler.org/openEuler-24.03-LTS-SP4/ISO/x86_64/openEuler-24.03-LTS-SP4-x86_64-dvd.iso
    curl -LO https://repo.openeuler.org/openEuler-24.03-LTS-SP4/ISO/x86_64/openEuler-24.03-LTS-SP4-x86_64-dvd.iso.sha256sum

The official repo site notes its worldwide mirror distribution and points to the official mirror list for nearby picks. To use a regional mirror, replace the repo root https://repo.openeuler.org with the mirror root and keep the version/architecture path unchanged.

    CN (TUNA)https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/openeuler

Verify before the media touches a machine — openEuler ships one .sha256sum beside every ISO, with the image name baked into the checksum file:

    Terminal window
    sha256sum -c openEuler-24.03-LTS-SP4-x86_64-dvd.iso.sha256sum

An OK line for your file is the only pass; on mismatch re-fetch from another mirror and compare again. Continue with Install on x86_64.

The official repo tree keeps 22.03-LTS (SP1–SP4) and 24.03-LTS (SP1–SP4) directories — older release repos remain accessible; earlier versions are archived on the archives site. Check the repo tree for the current directory list.
